Dr Chris Sun – Resident in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia

Chris graduated from the University of Sydney and started his veterinary career in equine referral practice in Melbourne. He undertook an internship at the Hong Kong Jockey Club in 2011 and stayed on as an equine registrar. After two stud seasons and a year in mixed practice in Western Australia and Victoria, he returned to Sydney to work for the RSPCA. In 2016 he completed a Master of Philosophy in veterinary epidemiology at the University of Queensland and commenced his residency in veterinary anaesthesia at the University of Sydney in 2019. Chris enjoys working as an anaesthetist, teaching students and assisting them with their transition to veterinarians.
